Processing

Orders are processed and shipped within 3 to 4 business days. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is on its way.

Free shipping

Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum. Your total at checkout is your total.

Delivery

Delivery times vary by destination and carrier. We are not responsible for carrier delays once an order has shipped, but we're always happy to help you track it down. Email mail@frzastore.com.

International orders

We ship internationally with free shipping. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer and are set by your destination country.

Lost or stolen packages

FRZA is not responsible for packages marked delivered by the carrier but reported missing. If your tracking shows delivered and you can't locate it, please contact your local carrier first, then reach out to us.
